Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the management, market operations, and development for the Latin America region;
2. Develop and implement strategies for key market development in Latin America, deeply explore target markets, strengthen the team, and build and refine market development channels while identifying key target clients;
3. Collaborate with oilfield services companies and project teams in Latin America to develop and execute customer and project development plans, ensuring successful project execution;
4. Take overall responsibility for achieving the annual market targets and objectives for the oilfield services sector in Latin America.
Job Requirements
1. Background in petroleum-related education;
2. 7-10 years of experience in the petroleum industry, preferably with experience in oilfield services marketing, sales, or market development in the Latin American region, with a strong understanding of key Latin American markets;
3. Proficiency in English or Spanish as a working language; Spanish proficiency preferred.
Location: Based in Argentina, with occasional travel to Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, and other countries in the Latin American region.
Salary: Negotiable
