Job Responsibilities
1. Organize bidding activities for professional and regional companies;
2. Establish and maintain cost accounting models for the Middle East and Africa regions. Collect and analyze market data on local raw material prices, labor costs, transportation expenses, taxes, and other cost factors to ensure accurate and timely cost data;
3. Research technological trends in the Middle East and Africa, assess competitor technology levels, and understand local customers' technological needs. Prepare technical research reports and regularly update the company's technical department and management to guide R&D directions and strategic partnerships;
4. Organize and improve the construction of the group’s market standard bid document system;
5. Establish a bidding coordination mechanism to improve bidding efficiency;
6. Assist in building the shared platform for the market center, establishing a platform for storing market bidding materials and data.
7. Manage sales data statistics and client information (CRM);
8. Oversee project management progress and assist in providing network entry materials;
9. Coordinate internal processes, external resources, and resolve issues in the project acquisition process;
10. Track and analyze the progress of project acquisition and provide statistical data;
11. Support overseas offices with their project acquisition processes.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5-10 years of relevant experience;
2. Preferably in Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, Sales Management, or related fields;
3. Prior experience in the petroleum industry is a plus, with a solid understanding of marketing, sales management, and business development in the oil and gas sector;
4. Proficient in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
