Job Responsibilities
1. Organize and conduct market research, develop the annual market plan for the company’s well completion business, and provide decision-making support for the overall sales plan;
2. Manage the well completion market business both domestically and internationally, responsible for implementing related market strategies and achieving revenue targets;
3. Organize the development of new markets and the exploration of new projects;
4. Build and develop the sales team, cultivate market clients, and establish a robust customer relationship network.
Job Requirements
1. Over 5 years of experience in market promotion and sales, with at least 3 years in a management role in the same field;
2. Relevant experience in drilling and well completion;
3. Frequent travel required, with a solid network and resources in both domestic and international markets.
Location: Beijing / Iraq or Dubai
